My enthusiasm for coaching drives me to help individuals from all walks of life realize their full potential. Whether you are navigating high school, enjoying retirement, or finding your way in between, I am here to support you through any challenge, big or small. With hundreds of hours of professional coaching under my belt, I have successfully guided clients toward more productive, happier, and healthier lives. As a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC), I bring valuable insights to my practice. Additionally, I have completed the Federal Internal Coaching Training Program, allowing me to coach employees in the federal government effectively.
Professional Background
I am a military veteran with over 25 years of dedicated service as a federal employee. I am a graduate of the Harvard Senior Executive Fellows program and the FBI National Academy, class #272. My academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, in addition to holding several senior leadership positions with an emphasize on training, communication, conflict management, and professional and organizational growth. My experiences span various settings, including time in Europe and the Middle East, where I cultivated a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives, making me a more effective coach.
Personal Background
Originally from Ohio, I've explored various places around the world, but for the last 20 years, Amarillo, Texas has been my home. Outside of my work and coaching commitments, I find joy in traveling, spending time on the water, and creating memories with my wife Shelly, our son Colin, and our beloved dog Beau.
